- Market Review and Procurement - With our cost containment and procurement strategies defined, we initiate a comprehensive RFP process to get the most competitive fully insured and self funded plan options available.
- Analysis and Recommendation - Carrier bids are evaluated and the most competitive options identified. The proposal criteria include the strength of carrier’s provider network (including continuity analysis through geo-mapping and disruption reports), detailed benefits analysis and fiduciary review of a carrier’s financial solvency ratings. Preliminary underwriting is conducted and rates further negotiated to assure your end objective… better benefits, lower cost.
