Before: The YWCA was a previous client of Benefit Pro, but we were wooed away by a large local employee plan broker that promised equal or better service, lower costs to the YWCA and expanded, no cost technical services. After two years of working with this large firm, we found that what their sale representative promised, the service representatives failed to deliver on all counts. So we decided to switch back to Benefit Pro.

Share a story: We were getting nervous when it was time to do open enrollment for our benefits, the Benefit Pro team negotiated with Aetna, Principal and VSP, and our rates did not go up one cent, staying the same for 2 years in a row. This was one of the greatest testimonies that I could give to an organization or business. Kudos to Benefit Pro for being a cutting edge, professional agency that I can feel safe and trust in a world which does not offer the same comfort or luxury. Share a story: As government contractors, we often need information quickly to compete in the contracting process.
